The Catering Management Association was founded in 1956 and is an association of qualified institutional sectors. In recent years the membership base has been broadened to include managers in other branches of the hotel and catering industry. It is a voluntary non-profit organisation and our membership comprises of varied cross-section of the industrial catering industry.
The role of the association is advisory in the areas of education and training.
